arild sees opportunities everywhere, probably too many. since he was the guy that founded our company, we let him play around with ideas and visions, strategies and sales, as long as he doesn´t get too hyper (afterall, we do need to focus on our work). he claims to be of viking decent, at least he is a norwegian and takes a lot about managing the nordic way, hiring the best of bangladesh (we agree with him) and focus on local communities.

we just finished a great evening with agile talk by  stephen forte, chief strategy officer at telerik and on the board of the scrum alliance here at the somewhere in... office.  hasan (our head of technology) and mehfuz (steve´s colleague at telerik) had invited a small audience of bobs from somewhere in... and several other companies to learn more about agile practices, and everyone got much more...
